Warranties and complaints

1. Warranties

Our 2-year manufacturer’s warranty will not apply in such circumstances as:

  • product’s damage due to negligent maintenance;

  • product’s alteration by a third party;

  • serious alteration of the invoice date (or its illegibility);

  • product’s damage caused by improper or inaccurate use (e.g. by not following the instructions included in the user manual);

  • product’s damage resulting from an intentional act or due to gross negligence;

  • product’s damage caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions (e.g. lightning strike);

  • product’s damage resulting from overheating (e.g. exposure to central heating or another heat source) or from using a higher wattage than advised;

  • product’s damage caused by its exposure to moisture, extreme heat, extreme cold or sunlight.

Any repair costs resulting directly from third-party damage will not be compensated (including electrician fees).

2. Complaints

Please get in touch with us by either calling or emailing us so that we can resolve as soon as possible all the issues you have raised. We will do our best to respond to all complaints within 1-2 business days. Our customers’ satisfaction is a matter of the utmost importance to us.
