Warranties and Complaints
1. Warranties
Our 5-year manufacturer’s warranty will not apply in such circumstances as:

product’s damage due to negligent maintenance;

product’s alteration by a third party;
-
serious alteration of the invoice date (or its illegibility);
-
product’s damage caused by improper or inaccurate use (e.g. by not following the instructions included in the user manual);
-
product’s damage resulting from an intentional act or due to gross negligence;
-
product’s damage caused by external factors such as adverse weather conditions (e.g. lightning strike);
-
product’s damage resulting from overheating (e.g. exposure to central heating or another heat source) or from using a higher wattage than advised;
-
product’s damage caused by its exposure to moisture, extreme heat, extreme cold or sunlight.
Any repair costs resulting directly from third-party damage will not be compensated (including electrician fees).
2. Complaints
